Privacy Notice
A concise explanation of how information is handled on this website.
Effective date: 19 October 2026
Who handles your information
Savanna Devs is responsible for information you submit through the inquiry form or send by email. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@savannadevs.com.
What we collect
An inquiry may include your name, work email, organization, preferred contact method, phone or WhatsApp number, and the business context you provide. The hosting service may also process limited technical information, such as your network address, to deliver and protect the form. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information only to understand and respond to your request, manage follow-up discussions, and maintain appropriate business records. Do not send passwords, source code, personal customer data, or other sensitive material.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are processed by the website hosting and email services used by Savanna Devs, currently provided through Namecheap. Messages are delivered to and stored in the Savanna Devs mailbox and may also be included in service backups. Providers may process information in countries outside your own.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, related business administration, security, and applicable legal obligations. Short-lived technical records used to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions do not contain the message body.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry by emailing contact@savannadevs.com. Whether a request can be fulfilled may depend on applicable law and legitimate record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and local storage
No analytics or marketing cookies are used. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to Savanna Devs.
Updates
We may update this notice when website data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
